motorcycle reviews:
Yamaha Honda Suzuki Kawasaki BMW Harley Davidson Aprilia Ducati Triumph KTM Hyosung
To compare the technical specifications and features of Suzuki Inazuma 250 and Yamaha Fazer FZ-1 is a good way to find out which one of these motorcycles will better match your style and requirements. When you know what specifications and features of a motorcycle will make you personally comfortable with it then your choice should be all about this criteria. After comparing one motorcycle versus another and so on, the circle of favourite models will be then eventually narrowed to several ones. The most appropriate method of exploring them is to actually ride each of them or at least sit on them to see how they feel.

technical specifications of Suzuki Inazuma 250see data separatelytechnical specifications of Yamaha Fazer FZ-1

Although Yamaha Fazer FZ-1 has a bigger engine displacement than Suzuki Inazuma 250 it doesn't necessarily mean it is more powerful or better performing bike. Both bikes has the same compression ratio of 11.5:1. This ratio is the relation of the volume in the cylinder when the piston is at the bottom of the stroke to the volume in the cylinder when the gas is compressed and the piston is at the top of the stroke.
The bike with a better fuel economy is the Suzuki Inazuma 250 which can travel 73.5 miles with one gallon of fuel. Yamaha Fazer FZ-1 on the contrary can travel 37.6 miles with a gallon. There are two ways of showing the fuel economy of a motorcycle - describing how many miles it can travel with a single gallon of fuel (mpg) or how many litters of fuel it is burning on a 100 kilometer trip (l\100km).
motorcycle tiresEach motorcycle should be fitted with the type of tyres that are specified for it. Picking the proper type that matches your individual style of riding is very essential. To choose the right tire size firstly you need to understand the meaning of the numbers printed on the size of the tire. The first of these numbers shows how many millimeters the tire is wide. The next number refers to the tire profile. The diameter of the rim is represented by the third number in the code. Buying motorcycle tires online can save you precious time and cash.
The ground clearance of Suzuki Inazuma 250 (165mm) is bigger than the one of Yamaha Fazer FZ-1 (bbb2mm). The parameter ground clearance refers to the space between the ground and underside of the chassis and is also called ride height of a motorcycle. To say it shortly, this is the smallest of the measures between the road surface and any mechanical part of the motorcycle.
Comparing the top speed values of both motorcycles we can see that Yamaha Fazer FZ-1 is the faster one with 246km/h. As per the technical data of Suzuki Inazuma 250 it would be behind it on the highway with 150km/h. However sources may vary as to whether these top speed parameters are precise or only approximate.engine of a liquid cooled motorcycle
Those two motorcycle use the same cooling system - liquid. The pretty constant ranges of operating temperature are typical for the liquid cooled engines. Therefore the liquid-cooled engine runs more efficiently and consistently. The liquid (coolant) is forced by the water pump to circulate from the radiator to the engine and back. If the motorcycle slows down to a point where the air flowing through the radiator is not enough to lower the temperature of the coolant to the needed level, a thermostat will typically switch an electric fan on to increase the air flow through the radiator. Finally this type of cooling makes it is easier to meet emissions and noise regulations and increase power output.
motorcycle driven by chain The same final drive (chain) is used with these two bikes Suzuki Inazuma 250 and Yamaha Fazer FZ-1. Most motorcycles are produced with chain drive because of its economical way to transfer power to the rear wheel and convey the biggest percentage of engine power in that process. However chains have their down points - more frequent need of maintenance (lubrication and cleaning) which means that a biker should always keep an eye on the chain especially in rainy days or dusty roads.
Compression ratio 11.5:1 means that the volume of gas in the cylinder when the piston is at the bottom of its stroke refers to the volume of gas when the piston is at the top of its stroke as 11.5:1. The compressio ratio of Yamaha Fazer FZ-1 is 11.5:1 and it is 11.5:1 for Suzuki Inazuma 250 according to the motorcycles technical data above. Premium fuel might be recommended for some motorcycles with high levels of compression ration in order to avoid engine knocking. It plays a big role in engine efficiency because bigger compression ratio means better thermal efficiency and more mileage with the same amount of gas.
To keep the engine in good health it is important to observe the good qulity and proper level of the motor oil. Many different types of engine oils are available as minerral, part-synthetic and synthetic and they all come at different price. 3700 miles (6000 km) between oil changes is widely accepted rule. If you you synthetic oil then bigger mileage can be allowed between oil changes. Depending on the oil filter it needs to be replaced on each or every two oil changes. According to the technical specs the engine oil capacity is 2.1 litres for Suzuki Inazuma 250 and 3.7 litres for Yamaha Fazer FZ-1. This oil capacity values are with informative purpose only. The proper amount of oil needed is best judged while observing the reading on the level sight window (or the dipstick).
