Yamaha Fazer FZ-1 has bigger engine size than Suzuki GSX-R750 but this is not a direct indicator for more power or better performance. The first bike has the advantage of greater compression ratio of 12.5:1 than the other one. This represents the biggest volume of the cylinder when the piston is located at the lowest point of the stroke compared to the minimum volume of the cylinder when the piston is at the highest point of the stroke.
